Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx): $12.95 flat rate. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping (EMS): Available on all orders over $50. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. We ship globally, excluding some parts of Asia and remote regions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey to you.
Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Be in its original, unused, and unopened condition.
- Be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Be returned within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following product categories are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

Additionally, any item without its original packaging or tags, or products damaged due to misuse, are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange process:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the item(s), include the RMA number, and ship it to our facility at:

Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow the following time for the refund to appear in your account:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
