1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused, and unopened condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements and consumable products cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes, but is not limited to: BCAA, Casein Protein, Collagen, Egg Protein, Fat Burners, Fish Oil & Omegas, Greens & Superfoods, Intra-Workout, Keto products, Meal Replacements, Multi-Vitamins, Immune Health supplements, and Joint Support products.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used consumable products (e.g., supplements, vitamins, powders).
  • Items without original packaging or tags.
  • Gaming & Focus supplements (due to their consumable nature).
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions if approved.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item(s) and include the RMA number. Ship to:

  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

4. Refund Timeline and Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost to send the replacement item.
